Who we are
Quesadilla Insurance is an insurance agency brand of KIXIR, a licensed Mexican insurance agency located at El Rodeo 633, Los Compadres, Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, C.P. 26093 — the same agency behind SeguritoSegurito.com. KIXIR is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, profile name and the content of your message (typically your vehicle, dates and coverage questions). WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy also apply to that channel.
- Usage data. This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement (cookies and similar technologies) to understand visits and measure advertising — pages viewed, approximate location, device and interaction events.
This website does not sell policies directly and does not collect payment information. Quotes and purchases are completed on each insurer's own portal or over WhatsApp.
What we use it for
- Quoting and arranging the Mexican auto insurance you request.
- Responding to your questions before, during and after your trip.
- Measuring and improving this site and our advertising.
Who we share it with
- Insurers. Policies are underwritten by CHUBB Seguros México and AXA Seguros. When you buy on an insurer's portal, your data is provided directly to that insurer under its own privacy notice.
- Service providers. Google (analytics and advertising measurement) and Meta/WhatsApp (messaging), acting as processors for the purposes above.
We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
Under the LFPDPPP you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), limit the use or disclosure of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@quesadillainsurance.com with the subject line "Privacy". We will respond within the timeframes set by law. You can also opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
